We provide various tax services to inbound foreign corporations which start up activities in Japan, Japanese branches of foreign corporations which operate business in Japan and Japanese domestic corporations. It is possible for us to provide such various tax services either in Japanese or English language.

US tax service

We provide Japanese corporations operating business in the USA with our services such as preparation of tax returns, tax planning, etc. by close cooperation with our headquarter (Hotta Liesenberg Saito, US CPA Accounting Firm).

Tax services regarding Japanese nationals and expatriates assigned to Japan

We provide our tax advices to Japanese nationals, working for Japanese corporations, and who are assigned to overseas (mainly the USA) and foreign expatriates assigned to Japan. The service is rendered by taking into consideration of tax system of Japan and foreign country (mainly the USA). We also prepare the tax returns for tax offices both in Japan and the USA, and explain it to client with written schedules upon request.

Legal registration on the establishment of the corporation and tax reporting
